As a social enterprise, Art For Your Cause takes a smaller sales percentage than any other online marketplace for artists, allowing our partner artists to earn more off each of their sales.


Art For Your Cause was built on a foundation of genuinely wanting to help those in need. For this reason, we partner with many nonprofits, who directly financially benefit from this partnership.

We believe deeply in transparency. We publicly share our financial model with anyone who wants to look at it. We are not here to get rich; we are here to help those in need while sharing a love and appreciation of art.


We work together to benefit all parties involved. Artists, nonprofits, and Art Lover Affiliates help us to grow our community. They, in turn, also grow and prosper. Everyone can benefit from our blogs, a complimentary educational resource center of innovative ideas and thoughtful commentary for the art and philanthropic communities.


Our financial model is centered around giving. Every purchase benefits an artist, a nonprofit, and our Causability Foundation. We even pay it forward to our fellow Art Lover Affiliates, who strengthen and grow our community by sharing their love of art.



Unlike any other art-based online marketplace, we publicly share our entire financial model.

Art On Products

For art printed on products, we first subtract the cost of production, which is always 50% of the retail price.
Next, we pay out the remaining amount as follows:

1) 20% to the artist
2) 10% to a nonprofit chosen by the customer
3) 10% to Art For Your Cause
4) 10% to an Art Lover Affiliate

If there is anything left over, it is donated to Causability Foundation.

Original Art Auctions

Original artwork is now only offered via auctions. Since there is no production cost on our end, is paid out as follows:

1) 70% to the artist
2) 10% to a nonprofit chosen by the customer
3) 10% to Art For Your Cause
4) 10% to an Art Lover Affiliate

If there is anything left over, it is donated to Causability Foundation.

Our Story

As an artist, Art For Your Cause Founder, Liz London wanted a to provide a more effective way to be able to give back to those in her community.

Nonprofits often asked her to donate art for events promoting their causes. In the past when artists donate their work, typically do not receive any payment or recognition. Liz wanted to eliminate this “starving artist” stereotype. She knew that other artists shared her challenge. She wanted to find a way to benefit everyone involved. Voilà, the original idea for AFYC was born!

Liz formed AFYC to offer artists a platform to sell their original art and their original designs on an array of different products to customers around the world, all while making the world a better place through contributions to nonprofits.

Art For Your Cause supports over a million charitable organizations. 10% of every purchase in our online marketplace featuring original artwork and unique art products goes to a nonprofit.

My greatest hope is that Art For Your Cause enables partnerships and connections between artists, nonprofits and art lovers, by bringing them together through our shared community.
